cary o. goldman
Cary Goldman, a career industrial real estate specialist, is a managing partner and founder of Timber Hill. He is an expert in the development of sound acquisition strategies and the identification of target acquisitions as well as leasing, tenant relations and disposition strategies. Over the past 25 years, Mr. Goldman has completed industrial real estate transactions valued at more than $1,500,000,000.
Prior to forming his new venture in 2018, Mr. Goldman was a managing partner at Sitex Group LLC, a company he co-founded in 2002. There he executed on eight discretionary private equity real estate funds and worked with many of the largest and most innovative companies in the U.S. today. Mr. Goldman also worked with a wide variety of investors such as family offices and high net worth individuals as well as institutional investors including the State Teachers’ Retirement System of Ohio. Under his leadership at Sitex Group, the firm acquired 136 properties valued at more than $1,000,000,000. Mr. Goldman is also the co-owner of Three Ring Studios, a world-class, purpose-built media campus currently being developed in Covington, Georgia. Completion is expected in 2018. |
ryan A. battistoni
Ryan Battistoni is a partner and co-founder at Timber Hill where he also serves as head of the firm’s Asset Management and Construction divisions. He has focused primarily on industrial real estate during his career, completing more than $250 million in development and construction projects and has been responsible for managing 12.5 million square feet valued at more than $900,000,000 across the U.S.
Prior to his current role, Mr. Battistoni oversaw national portfolio operations for Sitex Group, a New York-based private equity real estate company with assets in New York, New Jersey, Chicago and Los Angeles. He began his career as a property manager with Colliers International where he played an integral role in the management of several large institutional portfolios in the Chicagoland area. Mr. Battistoni is a graduate of Marquette University. |
MARTIN S. SIEGEL
Martin Siegel is Vice President of Operations and leads debt strategy for Timber Hill Group, also focusing on capital markets, acquisition underwriting, disposition strategies and investor relations. Mr. Siegel has over 25 years of experience analyzing complex commercial real estate assets in 22 states as a consultant, mortgage broker, appraiser and investor. Prior to joining Timber Hill, Mr. Siegel was a founding partner of Wool Finance Partners, a boutique commercial mortgage brokerage firm in Northbrook, IL, and the owner/operator of Siegel & Associates, Inc., a commercial real estate valuation company. He has worked with many of the nation’s largest corporations and financial institutions in a variety of structured real estate finance and valuation capacities.
Mr. Siegel holds the MAI designation as a Member of the Appraisal Institute. He received an undergraduate degree in regional development from the University of Arizona and is an active mentor for the Harold E. Eisenberg Foundation Real Estate Mentorship Program. |

Jacob Daitch is an Acquisitions Associate at Timber Hill Group. Daitch works closely with senior management on all aspects of commercial real estate operations including property acquisitions and dispositions. Jacob will also support all analysis, due diligence, entitlements, investor relations, development, and financing. Daitch joins Timber Hill from Ramsay Innovations where he worked as a senior operations coordinator. At Ramsay Innovations he oversaw company accounting efforts, built a budgeting and forecasting framework, and managed the Colombia-based operations team. Before Ramsay Innovations, Daitch worked as an acquisition and asset management intern with AJ Capital Partners and a summer finance intern with Rush Street Gaming. Jacob earned his bachelor’s degree in 2020 from the A.B. Freeman School of Business at Tulane University.
